Refund Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to the paid Mopar VIN Equipment Decode available through MoparVinEquipment.com.

1. Product and Price

A paid decode costs US $4.99 per VIN.

It is a one-time digital purchase for one VIN. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.

The digital report is intended to be delivered immediately or shortly after successful payment.

2. General Refund Approach

Because the product is a digital report generated and delivered for a specific VIN, completed transactions are generally non-refundable once the report has been successfully delivered, except where:

  • applicable law gives you a mandatory refund or withdrawal right;
  • Paddle’s Refund Policy grants or requires a refund;
  • you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
  • payment succeeded but the Site failed to deliver the paid report because of a technical problem;
  • the delivered product is materially not as described or is unusable because of a Service malfunction;
  • a refund is otherwise approved by Paddle or by us through Paddle.

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.

3. Vehicle-Specific Data Availability

The quantity and type of factory data available can differ by VIN, model year, market, vehicle family, and upstream source record.

A paid report does not guarantee:

  • a particular number of sales codes or equipment items;
  • availability of an original window sticker;
  • original MSRP information;
  • any specific option or package;
  • identical data depth for every supported vehicle.

A report that successfully delivers the available factory/vehicle information for the submitted VIN is not considered defective merely because a specific field or option is absent from the underlying source record.

4. Failed or Empty Paid Delivery

If you are charged but the Site fails to provide a usable paid report because of a technical or source-delivery failure, contact us.

We will investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, arrange or request a refund through Paddle.

Please include the email used during checkout, approximate purchase time, Paddle transaction/receipt information if available, and a short description of the problem.

Do not send full payment-card details.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same intended purchase, contact Paddle or us and provide the relevant receipt or transaction details.

6. Incorrect VIN Entered by the Customer

You are responsible for checking the VIN before completing the purchase.

If a report is successfully generated and delivered for the VIN you entered, entering the wrong VIN by mistake does not automatically create a refund entitlement, except where required by applicable law or Paddle’s policies.

7. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Consumer refund and withdrawal rights differ by country.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction and maintains its own Refund Policy, including country-specific statutory rights.

Where applicable consumer law or Paddle’s policy provides greater rights than this Site policy, those greater rights apply.

8. How to Request a Refund

Because payments are processed by Paddle, you can request a refund through Paddle’s buyer support and receipt tools.

You may also contact MoparVinEquipment.com so we can investigate a failed or defective report.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where applicable.

The time required for funds to appear can depend on Paddle, the payment method, the card issuer, and banking networks.

10. Fraud and Abuse

Refund requests may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, payment abuse, repeated misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or other manipulative behavior, subject always to applicable law and Paddle’s policies.
