How does AAH affect everyday driving?

I have seen this on a similar Jeep Cherokee. The basic description was correct, but one related feature was part of a separate package. I would not assume the code includes every item mentioned in marketing material.

The wording may be abbreviated because these were originally production codes rather than consumer descriptions. “Driver Assistance Group - Includes wireless charging pad, premium LED fog lamps, rain-sensitive/intermittent windshield wipers, and ACC with Stop and Go(6). This code identifies factory electrical, battery, charging, or power-supply equipment” is a reasonable plain-English reading, but the exact implementation should be verified for the 2023 model.

For a retrofit, check the modules, wiring connectors, software configuration, and compatible part numbers first. Installing the visible component alone may not make the feature operational.
