The equipment report for my 1999 Dodge Challenger lists 22M: “Customer Preferred Package 22M. This code identifies a factory option package or special-edition equipment group” I cannot find or activate the feature. Could this be a production deletion, a market-specific code, or a component that has been replaced?

I would start by checking the original build sheet and then compare the physical equipment on the vehicle. A sales or option code confirms the factory record, but it does not prove that every original component is still installed.

I found a second document with the same code, so it looks like the original configuration is confirmed. The marketing name was what caused the confusion.
